LAB FORMS IN HOSPITAL

This article is something new. Students usually write on a suject which are taught to them or in their syllabus. But this student was given an assingnment to explore the forms that are used in the hospital system to find out their importance,as regards the patient care. Although there are large number of forms used in the hospital services, she has selected a few to show the importance of the forms utilised in the hospital setup
.These forms are not just comming to the hospital from unknown sources. One must understand that these are the results of many interactive meetings of our hospital administrators, consultants, who paid the attention toward smooth funtioning of the patient care system in a systematic way which end up with quality assuarance so that the services we render would be regarded as safe and effectve. Afterall as health personal our main aim is to cure some and make others comfortable so that benefit of health care is some what achieved. Lets see what we can gather from this small presentation.

Hypertension in pregnancy is taught to medical students in different platforms as it is so important to grasp its basics so that the proper management plans can be implemented when they become practcing medical officers in various parts of the country.This student is trying to look into overall picture of hypertention in pregnancy. A substatial number of women experience psychological problems during and thereafter.It has been reported that 10-34%f pregnent women are chronically stressed or depressed.Having to manage careers, social life situations, and families in parallel are often the reasosons for thes calamities..Despite the high prevalence rate of chronic stress during pregnancy only a minority of women in prenatal care is asked about their psychological wellbeing. Most were not diagnosed, and therefore not offered adequate psychological treatments.Women suffering from mental health problems are known to present with more pregnancy complications.
In general , destress and, mental health problems are known to alter neuroendocrine fuctionning.These, alterations,during pregancy could affect pregnancy and presumably the development of the fetus.This small writeup touches some psychological issues in post partum perod.I should be noted that story doesn't end there.
